VOW Bereavement Support

Many people find it difficult to cope with their loss being alone with no one to talk to make it even worse. When people don’t have a support network, this lonely painful time can have devastating effects.

We at VOW are there to offer a shoulder to cry on. Our befriending services are there to listen, talk or offer some physical support. We want to combat loneliness help people to get back to their feet after losing a loved one.

During this pandemic loneliness has become worse. Many people feel isolated. So at VOW we are offering telephone chats, video chats online group social activities.


Educational Support

No matter how hard it is, Valiant women will work hard to ensure their children have food & a decent education. We have always been passionate about education & have been helping children stay in school. 

If we all come together & show valiance, we can send keep many children in school, it is true what they say, many hands make light work.

We welcome donations to help us achieve our goals both locally & globally. No token is too small or too big.

VOW Covid-19 Support

The pandemic was a very difficult time & almost everyone was affected in one way or another, to others the effects of Covid-19 were extremely devastating. Some people were struggling alone & it was at this crucial time we had to be there to help each other.

VOW Supporters were there to support, so that people would not suffer alone. Nothing was too big or too small, help was appreciated in all forms sizes. 

We managed to do door to door food deliveries maintained social distancing at it.


One People Many Abilities

(OPMA) is a Women of Valiance project that encourages children & young people to be proud confident of who they are, where they come from, give them a sense of identity & a sense of belonging. It’s all about community cohesion & showcasing their talent
